• For the purpose of fulfilling the administrative, accounting and tax obligations. For these purposes, the processing is carried out without the need to acquire your consent. In case of refusal to provide the data necessary for the aforementioned obligations, we will not be able to provide the requested services. The data acquired for these purposes are kept by us for the time required by the respective regulations (10 years, and even more in the case of tax assessments);

• For marketing and profiling purposes, or to send you promotional newsletters, also in line with your preferences by email. These data will be kept for five years. You can withdraw your consent to such treatment at any time without affecting the lawfulness of previous treatments based on consent.

The data are processed by our authorized and / or designated internal staff and, possibly, by data processors appointed pursuant to art. 28 Gdpr (e.g. administrative, tax, tax consultant, website manager, marketing agencies).
